Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies

While we do not offer returns, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement only in the following cases:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect item received

Conditions for Replacement:

To be eligible for a replacement, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Request Timeline

    • Replacement must be requested within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

  2. Product Condition

    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

    • MRP tag, barcode, and all original labels must be intact

  3. Original Packaging

    • Product must be returned with complete original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and freebies (if any)

  4. Pickup Location

    • Pickup will be scheduled only from the original delivery address

  5. Visual Evidence Required

    • Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue must be shared at the time of the request
      (We recommend recording the unboxing process to speed up resolutions.)
